Cultural institutions across Germany are exploring ways to work (more) inclusively and to attract new audiences. The Forum der Kulturen Stuttgart is offering a practical solution: the concept of power sharing. The short documentary illustrates how this transformation process can be successful using the example of the Karlstorbahnhof in Heidelberg. The Forum worked with the entire Karlstor team for over two years as part of the "Diversity as a Task" program. From the management to the program designers to the technicians, all employees were sensitized to the topics of awareness and anti-discrimination.
